Thanks giving is really such a bullshit holiday. But that rant's for another day.

The thing I'm most thankful for, right now, at this moment, is my eyes. I don't care if they're not perfect, they're a lot more than a lot of other people have and they're what's been allowing me to stay sane all these years. I owe them that.

ANYWAY, I'm in too much of a slump right now creatively forme to trust myself with actually presenting new subject material AND those first few pages have been a seriously blight on my overall self-esteem ever since I switched to a sketchier style. Seems like as good a time as any to get this out of the way.

What would you guys feel about that?

In other news, I'm taking AP Art 2D Portfolio this year at school. Part of the premise of that is I have to create a 12 piece 'Concentration', with each piece following a theme. I've decided to do pictures based on the concepts of war and peace, all in an art nouveau poster style. I was looking at some old posters online today, and dear god, I love that stuff.
